Except for Tanning solution, you are entitled to a full refund if you return your goods unopened within 14 days. Postage and packing remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
The purchaser shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of return of all goods returned by the purchaser to the vendor for which goods shall be at the risk of the purchaser until actual receipt of the goods by the vendor. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the purchaser.
All items returned to the vendor by pre-arrangement and found to contain no fault, will be subject to a R50.00 or 25% total invoice amount restocking charge, provided the goods are in original stock condition. Any downward variation of this restocking charge shall be at the sole discretion of the vendor.
The vendor shall give a 21-day return full guarantee to refund to the purchaser full credit for any goods returned in stock condition which shall not affect the rights of the consumer or purchaser under any statutory rights.
No credit shall be allowed for goods until they have been received complete. A full credit will only be given on items returned within 14 days from delivery.
If a credit is to be given, the original carriage charge will not be refunded / credit if applicable.
Refused Shipments: Shipments returned marked refused or not in when the driver called will not result in a refund, and refusal of a shipment does not relieve the customer’s liability for paying any charges.
In the case of
Faulty Items
If you consider you have a faulty product please call and discuss your issue with one of our friendly and experienced team members. Should your equipment need to be returned a staff member will advise you how to proceed further.
Please note: Most faults can be rectified by talking to one of our staff members. If you have purchased our equipment from one of our distributors you need to return it to them for repair.
Change of Mind
Go Brown Mobile Spray Tanning does not accept returns for change of mind,
Spray Tanning Solution
Once tanning solution has been purchased Go Brown Mobile Spray Tanning will not accept any tanning solution returned so please choose carefully.
If you place an order and require it to be changed please contact GB HQ by telephone or Whatsapp on 081 501 0737 however if it has been shipped it cannot be returned.
Incorrect Orders
Whilst every order shipped is checked and double-checked from time to time a mistake can happen, if you have received an item that you didn’t’ order please contact HQ on 081 501 0737, a replacement will be shipped out with a returns bag. Do not use the item or we will not be able to accept the return or send you a replacement.
Returns Address & Method
To avoid items being lost in transit we recommend any returns are sent using a courier company. Go Brown Mobile Spray Tanning is not responsible for any items that go missing in the post or with a courier company. All items need to be sent back to:

Please allow acceptable time for your item to reach our HQ, in some cases it can be up to 8 business day.
Pop Up Tents
All Pop-up spray tan tents are individually checked prior to being packed into their boxes / bags and are covered by a 30-day warranty. Should the tent be damaged as a result of over bending it will not be covered under warranty Bindings in tents are joined at the bottom of each tent by a special clipping.
Please note that a restocking and testing fee may apply for any items that are returned that are not deemed faulty, this is a minimum charge of R50.00 or 20% of the value of the goods. This covers the repacking of items and checking of all items.
