All orders for goods accepted by GO BROWN MOBILE SPRAY TANNING (“the vendor”) are accepted subject to the following conditions that shall form part of and govern the contract of sale.

Acceptance of goods shall be deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of sale. Any term sought to be imposed by a purchaser, either in a document or otherwise, that conflicts with or adds to these conditions is not accepted.

No Technician of the vendor has the authority to vary these conditions unless accepted in writing by an Authorised Representative of GO BROWN MOBILE SPRAY TANNING.

Please note: All products will be dispatched at the price shown on our Website on the date of order regardless of what any other price list reflects. Up-to-date prices can be found on our Website, which is continually updated.

Terms: Orders are dispatched with any costs shown where appropriate.

SOLUTION AND PRODUCT ORDERS

Order Processing , orders are typically processed and handed over to the courier within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. During peak periods (such as Black Friday or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a whats app confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

Subject to stock availability, Solution Orders placed (and paid) before 11am Monday to Wednesday will be dispatched on the day, orders placed after 11am will ship the following day.  Solution Orders take 1 to 3 working days to arrive from date of shipping.  Please allow 4 working days for an order to arrive in outlying areas. Solution Orders placed on a Thursday and Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday morning.

Subject to stock availability, Product Orders placed (and paid) before 11am Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the day, orders placed after 11am will ship the following afternoon. Orders take 1 to 5 working days to arrive from date of shipping.  Please allow a week (7 working days) for an order to arrive in outlying areas.

PAYMENT AND PRICE OF MY ORDER

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Payment is to be made via credit card, debit card, online or unless otherwise agreed in writing, and no goods will be dispatched until full payment has been made to the vendor. Most major credit card companies now require verification (your credit card billing address) on all mail-order transactions. An incorrect billing address will result in a delayed or cancelled order.

The vendor shall dispatch goods to the purchaser within 2 working days of receipt of payment or shall notify the purchaser if goods are unavailable.

In the event that goods are unavailable, the vendor will make an immediate refund to the purchaser of monies paid relating to the unavailable goods only. If only part of an order can be supplied, the vendor shall be entitled to fulfil that part of the order and retain payment for any or all goods dispatched.

Our policy requires 100% prepayment in advance for any orders made from this website. Such payments are not refundable once the merchandise is ordered except as shown in these terms.

Any Training is non-refundable and alternative dates will be offered to you.

PACKAGING

We will bear the cost and we will choose the best way of packaging of the goods, items or products unless agreed otherwise;

COURIER SELECTION

The selection of the courier company is automated based on your required time frame, the vendor has no ability to preselect a courier.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We cannot take responsibility for the shipment (i.e. in case of lost packages we will not refund anything and/or re-shipping will be on your cost). However, we take effort in tracking the package and file a claim and notify the buyer of the outcome.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Risks related to the products pass to you on delivery,

ownership in the products passes to you on payment of the invoice in full; and

you have the same rights against us as we have against our suppliers in terms of any warranty attached to the products, items or goods as imposed by law

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

STOCK AVAILABLITY

The term “Subject To Availability” refers to the fact that we may have stock at the time of your enquiry/ order, but we are not obliged to hold the stock for you and can fulfil orders to others who pay before you.

Every effort is made to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained and the shipment of your order is effectively timeous however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In cases of unavailability, we will contact you with options.

Lead time is dependent on stock availability and order processing time. In order to keep products as fresh as possible we do not have extensive production runs.

Should the product not be in stock please allow 5 – 9 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for delivery of raw materials and manufacturing.
